Sandwich Trays

It’s Gioia’s Deli, sandwiches are what we do! Get a sandwich tray from Gioia’s Deli and you will be the hit of any party or meeting! We have a variety of trays or you can make your own tray. Our Sandwich Trays store easily in the fridge and have a resealable lids that preserve the freshness of the sandwiches! Just get a Sandwich Tray, you wont be sorry…

Pastas

Mostaciolli and Pasta Con Broccoli are the pasta options. Why only two options? Because we pride ourselves on quality and simplicity. By simplifying the pasta menu we are able to concentrate on making the best two pasta options of any catering company. Pasta’s are your best value due to the amount of people you can feed per dish. We recommend pairing each pasta with the Italian Salad with Dollar Roles and Butter.

Salads

Our Italian Salad is the perfect supplement to the Pasta or an Italian Sandwich Tray. The salad is light and full of yummy italian veggies and cheese that makes the tummy smile.

Our Classic Salad is hearty and perfect as it’s own meal with some bread and a dessert.. This is the salad we offer in house at Gioia’s Deli.

Both Salads come with our House Vinegar and Oil on the side.

Sides

Like the pastas, we only have two options for Catering Sides. Our Cold Cheese Tortellini is our top seller. Consistantly featured by St. Louis food writers as one of St. Louis best sides, our Cold Cheese Tortellini is the side you get when you want to impress your guest!

In true Gioia’s Deli fashion, our Potato Salad is made with simple good ingrediants. Like everything else on our Catering menu, our Potato Salad is made fresh to order from scratch. This is the no brainer side. It’s perfect with any sandwich tray and will not fail to satisfy any guest!
