Hot Salami and NFL Football just make sense, but there is a problem, you can’t get Gioia’s Hot Salami on a Sunday! Every NFL Season I get people pulling me aside telling me how awesome it would be if they had Hot Salami for their Sunday football party. Here is my solution to this problem…
Snack Size Hot Salamis
I took our famous Hot Salami and put it in a 1 inch casing instead of a 4 inch casing. I sell them in 1 to 2 pound frozen logs. The smaller log makes the Hot Salami much easier to cook and serve at home than the usual 5 pound logs.
Just boil the frozen Hot Salami for about an hour, take off the casing and serve. It’s that simple.
